BioNatro® PRO Surface Shield (Model: NT-32 PRO/EX) is a new generation of long-lasting disinfectant coating. This antibacterial coating material is a complex disinfectant composed of stable cationic surfactants, compound silver ions, and quaternary ammonium salt solutions. This product has excellent safety, reliability, and superior bactericidal function, with antibacterial effects lasting up to 180 days (6 months) and 365 days (12 months) or more. It does not oxidize and has a stronger disinfection effect than ordinary disinfectants, with rapid bactericidal function.
BioNatro® NT-32 contains three effective ingredients against COVID-19 and has been tested by the UK's MSL laboratory, proving it's a broad-spectrum antibacterial coating that can kill various viruses and bacteria (including COVID-19 and its variants) in a short time. Furthermore, BioNatro® has passed long-lasting antibacterial tests by a German testing institution, demonstrating its antibacterial effect lasts for more than 365 days and can withstand more than 10,000 abrasions. BioNatro's long-lasting disinfectant coating is also the only disinfectant product on the market with an antibacterial capability that lasts for 365 days on a daily basis.
The silver ions in BioNatro® NT-32 react with cells, damaging or impairing the inherent components of bacteria, leading to bacterial death and preventing growth and reproduction. This is primarily because most microbial cell membranes are negatively charged, while silver ions are positively charged. The attraction between them brings the effective bactericidal components of the antibacterial coating into contact with the virus, causing the bacterial cytoplasm to leak out, resulting in cytolysis, damaging the cell structure, and causing cell dissolution and death. After the bacteria are killed, the positively charged silver ions are released again, maintaining their antibacterial ability.
